Ms Bagnell is a Senior Management Consultant with a proven track record of working collaboratively with organizations and helping clients move the agenda forward. She has demonstrated experience in project management of large scale IM/IT projects and technology life cycle management. She has developed the Project Management Quality Framework that incorporates quality and project management methodologies relating to the project life cycles. Ms Bagnell has significant experience in Project Management, service delivery, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, information technology, change management, governance and accountability issues associated with large initiatives. He has a first class degree in BSc. in Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, an MSc. in Accounting and Finance with Distinction from Manchester Business School in the U.K. and a PhD in Management from the Aztec University in Mexico. Dr. Ashong-Katai obtained an unusual mark of 95{17ed4b947b5ecd6da9d3a7b807fdef29c56bf028a610db6111fa8d721e8c087a} on his PhD evaluated using the Bologna framework.
