Shari Oswald

Shari is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. She majored in Business Administration and minored in Communication at the University of Colorado. She has over 12 years of training experience in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Personal Development in addition to computer software and operating systems. She began her career in training in her role as Human Resources Manager, became an adjunct professor for Regis University and transferred those skills into technical training, consulting and courseware development.
Shari has delivered training for several large corporations in Colorado, Oregon, California and Minnesota as well as for individuals and small businesses. Her philosophy in training is that it�s her job to make her student�s job easier and enjoys helping them find more efficient ways to perform their daily tasks.
Shari�s expertise in the applications she teaches makes her an excellent resource as a subject matter expert which frequently leads to consulting engagements. She specializes in the data driven applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint technologies and Crystal Reports.

Bonnie Krawec

Bonnie has been active in the business and training arenas for more than 25 years. She has coordinated, developed and delivered customized training programs to a variety organizations within Alberta, Canada and internationally.

Clare Paulson

Since graduating from the University of Alberta, Clare Paulson has spent most of the last 25 years working with clients as a trainer, coach, and consultant. He has received certifications as a Certified Professional Analyst for behaviours, values, TriMetrix, and Performance DNA. In addition to his consulting business, he has held middle and senior management positions with companies in the retail, oilfield, and construction industries. This varied experience gives him a broad insight into the needs of a wide range of client companies.

Grant Kelly

Grant Kelly is a consultant with expertise as HSE Advisor, trainer and coach with more than 35 years working in such diverse industries as Commercial Aviation, Construction and Manufacturing and the Oil and Gas Industries of Canada, the Middle East and South Asia. Leading teams and managing detailed safety programs have become an integral part of Grant�s professional life. He has a solid track record in training, mentoring and coaching having guided the careers of countless field workers as well as HSE Supervisors. Grant has just recently completed a project consulting to a large American oil and gas producer working in the South China Sea on a one year program to develop and improve their Workplace Safety Culture and improve their Leadership skills. Grant has lived and worked in Canada as well as the Middle East and South East Asia where he has proven himself as a skilled communicator able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness. He possesses strong skills in training, coaching and presentation delivery.

Grant works extensively in South East Asia but makes his home in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of western Canada where he has been a 25 year supporter at the Medicine River Wildlife Centre, builds and sails wooden boats, rides his motorcycle and shares in the raising of his 4 year old granddaughter �Cassidy�. He is also co-founder and senior advisor and the driving force for a school for deaf children in northern Bangladesh.

Zoran Jokic

Over the past 20 years, I worked in a variety of capacities in the training/consulting, management, logistic, and sales sectors. I began my career working in the Humanitarian Aid Agency and then branched off into hospitality, technology and wireless industry. I have provided leadership and guidance in matters of life coaching, hospitality, account management, sales, and training delivery to various institutions.
Coupled with my practical experience in IT training/sales and management, I have been updating my knowledge with many professional courses in the area of adult education, project management, and leadership. Those certification programs have served as an invaluable tool in enhancing my role as a Certified Training Consultant and as a manager in the IT and wireless industry.
I have worked with a number of reputable organizations, non-profit, and contact centers to perform training, develop management and employees, evaluate sales and retention risks and/or implement programs. As of late I am expanding my knowledge in the area of change management and Occupational Health and Safety

Dan Jelinski

Dan is the creative force behind Wisdom Speaks, a personal and organizational leadership training company. He is a seasoned workshop facilitator and convention speaker. As a former addictions counsellor, education consultant and award-winning teacher, he shares the wealth of over 25 years experience.

Dan has created numerous action oriented, learner centered leadership and supervisory programs for NAIT�s Supervisory Development Certificate Program as well as the Work Force Development Program for Northern Lakes College. Dan has facilitated innovative, experiential based �Train the Trainer� programs from the frozen tundra of northern Canada to the deserts of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Dan is a �resilience mentor� and modern day storyteller, whose contemporary and ancient tales, help individuals and organizations bounce back from setbacks. His holistic approach focuses on success through connecting with the collective wisdom of colleagues. As a facilitator of experiential learning, Dan invites groups to discover the key to interpersonal thriving, their own inner wisdom.

Ray is the co-founder and President of Flex Training Network specializing in food safety, health & safety and soft skills training. He has an extensive background facilitating and designing customized training for the private and public sector. Ray is experienced in delivering one-on-one and group training in both corporate and remote locations.
