He has instructed and developed crews in Asia, Africa, North America and the Latin Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Jim has developed competency and training programs for various domestic and international positions and has designed and built field level training centres in Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Canada. Mr. Rawlins has also designed numerous heavy duty equipment simulators, training aids, course curriculums, training manuals, orientation training, and advanced development for supervisors. Brian Sumbot has over 35 years of practical experience covering a broad spectrum of upstream petroleum activity as it is related to Health Safety Security & Environment (HSSE). He has done so while working in the frozen Arctic, the humid jungles, and hot deserts of North America, Central & South America, North Africa, and the Arabian Peninsula.
He has successful fulfilled HSSE, Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Assessment & Management, and Stakeholder Relation duties as a regulator in the capacity of a Senior Drilling Approval Officer/Inspector, and then again as an industry consultant for upstream Exploration Projects in BC and Alberta.

Grant Kelly
Grant Kelly is a consultant with expertise as HSE Advisor, trainer and coach with more than 35 years working in such diverse industries as Commercial Aviation, Construction and Manufacturing and the Oil and Gas Industries of Canada, the Middle East and South Asia. Leading teams and managing detailed safety programs have become an integral part of Grant�s professional life.
