Mr. Rawlins has over 30 years of experience in the offshore and land oil and gas industry. He has instructed and developed crews in Asia, Africa, North America and the Latin Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Jim has developed competency and training programs for various domestic and international positions and has designed and built field level training centres in Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Canada. Mr. Rawlins has also designed numerous heavy duty equipment simulators, training aids, course curriculums, training manuals, orientation training, and advanced development for supervisors. Jim works with organizations to create and implement workforce and succession planning. He is also the founder of Competency Solutions.

With over 20 years of land and offshore experience in the oil industry, Mr. Oakford has designed training programs, developed lesson plans, assisted in curriculum development, coordinated training sessions, and has been a subject matter expert on industry competency systems.
