Jim Rawlins

Mr. Rawlins has over 30 years of experience in the offshore and land oil and gas industry. He has instructed and developed crews in Asia, Africa, North America and the Latin Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Jim has developed competency and training programs for various domestic and international positions and has designed and built field level training centres in Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Canada. Mr. Rawlins has also designed numerous heavy duty equipment simulators, training aids, course curriculums, training manuals, orientation training, and advanced development for supervisors. Jim works with organizations to create and implement workforce and succession planning. He is also the founder of Competency Solutions.

Navaid Rehman

I am graduate Civil Engineer and obtained M.Eng degree with specialization in Construction Engineering & Project Management from University of Alberta, Canada. I am certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Over the years, I have gained experience in professional consulting and in the realm of academia.
I worked as a Construction Manager in Canada. My industry experience includes the Civil Engineer position.

I served as a Senior Lecturer at Engineering University (Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan) and delivered project management lectures to undergraduate students as well as supervising their undergraduate final year projects. Delivered management and leadership courses to practicing professionals and adult learners. Designed project management courses.

Rebecca Reynolds

Guest lecturer on food safety and HACCP at Concorida University College in Edmonton.
