I have over twenty-five years of broad industry experience through my affiliation with such companies as Nexen Energy ULC, Intragaz Inc, EnCana Corporation, Union Gas Limited, and The Mosaic Company.

I have extensive knowledge in the management of oil & gas operations and development projects in both domestic and international environments. My technical skills include the optimization of oil & gas facilities and infrastructure, economic analyses & evaluation; budget planning & implementation, technical & commercial feasibility studies development & presentation, risk analysis, evidence preparation, and regulatory compliance.

Julianna Cantwell, CAE, CME, CCRN, is the President of JUNA Consulting Inc. and has been a professional facilitator for more than 13 years, specializing in sales, marketing, communications, strategic planning and human resource management. She is also a freelance writer and editor. She has developed the Project Management Quality Framework that incorporates quality and project management methodologies relating to the project life cycles. Ms Bagnell has significant experience in Project Management, service delivery, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, information technology, change management, governance and accountability issues associated with large initiatives. She has various experience working directly with business sector such as Transportation, Utilities, Health, Education, and Justice. Dr. Ashong-Katai obtained an unusual mark of 95{17ed4b947b5ecd6da9d3a7b807fdef29c56bf028a610db6111fa8d721e8c087a} on his PhD evaluated using the Bologna framework. Dr. Ashong-Katai is an active speaker and writer, his writings have centered around management accounting change, organizational performance management and qualitative research methodology.
